Michael Stevens, Partner 

Michael is a results driven professional  with  over 17 years of  consulting and turnaround experience specialising  in management operating systems. He has extensive experience in a broad range of  industries including health, mining, manufacturing, mineral processing, finance, food processing and retail.
 
Michael has managed and directed numerous successful projects with a wide range of applications resulting in increased management visibility, measurable accountability, decreased costs and improved efficiency. He has a proven track record of delivering value quickly and with sustained results.

Ciro Olivares, General Manager Operations

Ciro is an experienced professional with over twenty years experience delivering effective change to business processes and systems, including performance and productivity improvement, risk management, whole-of-business transformation, turnaround and integration projects.

Ciro has assisted, and consulted to some of Australia's and the world’s leading mining, service and manufacturing organisations, with a particular focus on Innovation, Performance Improvement, (cost and performance) Visual Management Tools, Process Redesign, Project Management, Management Operating Systems and Risk Management.

Adept at leading and promoting behavioural change, Ciro coaches project teams to understand stakeholder needs and can drive timely and value-adding analysis and insight while controlling the impact of process change. 

Sam Sherman , Director

Sam has worked extensively in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, USA and Australia. In the past 30 years he has been primarily involved in Risk Assessment, Project and Sales Management.

Sam has experience in a number of areas which includes the Military, International Civil Service (UN), Insurance, Retail and Property. He has been involved in comparative studies with multi-national organisations operating in a number of international and national locations. Sam brings his substantial expertise to WS & Associates in designing business solutions that provide clients with cost and performance improvement outcomes.
